Elizabeth Grooms Taylor has almost 20 years experience in school law. Formerly with Whalen & Compton Co., L.P.A., Ms. Taylor serves as the Coordinating Director of the Firm’s Property Valuation practice.
Ms. Taylor's primary emphasis is in the area of representing boards of education in matters involving the valuation of real property. Ms. Taylor actively represents school boards before local Boards of Revision, the Ohio State Board of Tax Appeals, Ohio Courts of Appeal, and the Ohio Supreme Court.
Ms. Taylor has served as a Summit County guardian ad litem, as well as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Akron School of Law.
Ms. Taylor holds a Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Rating™ for ethical standards and legal ability.
