DR. FRANK AQUILA ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP

We are saddened to announce that Dr. Frank D. Aquila (1942-2010) recently passed away. While Frank was an attorney with the law firm of McGown & Markling Co., L.P.A., he is best known for his immense work at Cleveland State University in the College of Education as a professor and grant procurer.

Grant Segall wrote a wonderful article honoring Frank in The Plain Dealer entitled, "Frank D. Aquila helped desegregate schools and represent juveniles," which can be viewed by clicking here.

The "Dr. Frank Aquila Endowed Scholarship" is being established to assist future school administrators as they pursue their educational efforts. Donations may be made payable to the Cleveland State University Foundation, 2121 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115. Please specify that your donation is for the Dr. Frank Aquila Endowed Scholarship.
